I work with individual clients helping them find clarity and understanding of what is most affecting them. The therapy space is safe and confidential so that any and all concerns can be discussed and explored. The sessions are an opportunity to focus on your issues in a non-judgmental space to help you find ways to improve your situation.

I spent many years working with an Addiction agency providing individual therapy and facilitating several groups for clients. I have also worked at various clinics in South London including the Wilson Hospital.

For several years I worked at the BRIT school for Performing Arts offering therapy and providing assessments for young people.

Workshops: In the UK, US and Canada I have run several workshops exploring different mental health topics, including talks on working with depression, the history of Insulin and combining outdoor activity.

Dreamwork: Working with Lucid Dreams and the benefits. 

A lucid dream is a dream in which we know that we are dreaming as we are dreaming. You can do a lot with Lucid dreams.. Anything that is treated by hypnotherapy can also be treated by lucid dreaming: addictions, phobias, depression, confidence issues, physical ailments, trauma and PTSD.

Mindfulness meditation: I work with groups offering MBCT for life and working with depression – based on my Oxford Mindfulness Foundation teacher training.

Clients approach me with many issues including:

Addictions (alcohol, drugs, gambling and sex)

Anxiety and Panic attacks

Bereavement and Loss

Career and Work decisions

Depression

Diabetes

Dream work

Dyslexia

Relationship issues and Family dynamics

Sexuality and LGBTQ issues 

Spiritual Development

Open ended and short term therapy are both available. The number of sessions will depend on the depth and complexity of issues you want to look at. Clients have benefited from anywhere from 6 months of therapy, or several years depending on individual needs.   Weekend times may also be available.

Therapy sessions take place in the London Bridge area and Harley Street.  (Currently working online)
